What I do varies from client to client, but the aim is simple. Take things off your to do list to help you to move forward!
I work on both a one-off project and a retainer basis, depending on the needs of my clients, to help with marketing, commercial and social media tasks.
My clients tend to be:

I pride myself on making sure the solution to help you is bespoke to you and your business. There’s no cookie cutter approach here!

GIVING YOU A FLAVOUR…
FOR INDIVIDUALS: AMY
Amy is a 3D visual artist and owner of Skyhi Creative. She specialises in creating immersive visuals for amazing global DJS, including Fat Boy Slim, Sonny Fodera, Maddix, and many more.
Amy loves the creative side of the business, but hates the commercials, admin and time management side of keeping the business running.
We work on a retained basis, with weekly calls to ascertain client priorities, running through her to do list and making a plan, plus keeping her on track with the plan throughout the week. I help manage all projects from start to finish for all the DJs Amy works with.
I realised early on that Amy wasn’t charging correctly for her time, so as part of my work we reworked her packages, sales decks and spoke to clients who were underpaying (through no fault of their own!). We’ve also worked on a new business strategy to make sure Amy’s winning more of her top packages with some household names.
FOR INDIVIDUALS: TALIA
Talia has her own successful graphic design company, but with two young children she’s working all hours of the day between looking after them and hasn’t had time to focus on her own business.
We work on a retained basis with tasks differing from month to month. So far, I’ve helped Talia rework her packages across three different currencies, as well as reviewing terms of business to help manage her clients.
We’ve also worked on her social media strategy and plan, to make sure she’s posting content regularly, without it being another addition to her to do list.
FOR INDIVIDUALS: DAN
Dan has a large construction business and needed my help to elevate his onboarding process and social media presence to stand out against competitors.
We worked on a project basis to bring this to life, working with the team to build simple and professional onboarding and sales documents to make sure that people engaging with the business were receiving the best experience every single time!
Using my network, I brought in two creative specialists to build a library of on site photos and videos for us to use for marketing, social media and client materials. I managed them through the preparation and shoot days to make sure Dan’s time could be used to show them the best bits of each location to shoot.
FOR AGENCIES: SOCIALTAP
SocialTap are a small performance marketing agency based in Warrington. In the performance marketing space, churn of clients is common. Jon, the MD of SocialTap, originally brought me in to help with making sure their clients remained stickier; my remit has expanded into helping Jon build the SocialTap of the future, sitting on the management team of the business.
I work on a retained basis to help develop a Client Services function within the business and ensure the best practises of working to ensure things run smoothly for all our clients. I help ensure the commercial viability of the work we’re doing, implement processes and workflows for success, as well as project manage most things through the team and ensure clients remain happy.
Events: BEAUTY BAY
I’ve worked with Beauty Bay on a number of events, including the successful New Era Sample Sale in August 2025.
With their in-house events manager leaving the business, I was brought in to manage the preparation and running of their New Era sample sale. An opportunity for lovers of Beauty Bay products to get their hands on some bargains, grab a tattoo (!!) and try on the make up first hand.
The project included venue management, staff briefing and responsibilities, run of show, management of external partners and organising the day (including set up and pack down).
Events: DOTS JOINED
Rose, the owner of Dots Joined Events, needed help bringing to life a mammoth summer party for one of her clients. The job meant five days away from home at the beautiful Elmley Nature Reserve in Kent (poor me), setting up and helping Rose run the summer party to end all summer parties for her client, Zego Insurance.
We set up a large camping area for over 100 people, including branded merchandise, food and drinks. As well as setting up all the entertainment for the week, including outdoor play areas, live bands, DJs and crafting stations. All helping to bring Rose’s vision to life!
Events: HILL EVENTS
Dani is the owner of Hill Events, who organise multiple events across Sheffield and the surrounding areas, with their flagship events being Seven Hills Whisky Festival and the Sheffield Cocktail Festival.
I’ve been part of the team since the first event, helping to manage the day itself and ensure everything runs smoothly. From managing the entrance and tickets, helping with purchases of additional services and customer queries and incidents.
