HOW I WORK

The best way to begin any potential project is for us to have an online conversation where you:

  • Tell me what you’re trying to achieve

  • Tell me what’s getting in the way

  • Tell me how you’d like things to ideally work.

You don’t need to arrive with a fully formed brief, a detailed plan or all the answers. This is where I can add my expertise and experience to help you find the right solution.

My role is to understand the challenge, the ambition or the opportunity in front of you, work out what needs to happen and then make it happen.

Sometimes that means creating structure where there’s chaos.

Sometimes it means building the right process.

Sometimes it means delivering a complex project.

Sometimes it means bringing together the right people to make something happen.

Whatever the challenge, ambition or opportunity, I take ownership, keep things moving and make sure it gets over the line.

I don’t offer a menu with set costs. I get under the skin of your business to work out exactly what’s needed. With plans bespoke to you and your challenge.
